Very Disappointed – Completely Different and Inferior Product Delivered
I am extremely disappointed with this supplier. The product they delivered was completely different from the sample they initially sent. The quality was far inferior, made with substandard materials – nothing like what was promised.
From the start, they kept trying to move communication away from Alibaba to WhatsApp, which now makes sense. It was clearly a tactic to avoid accountability.
Thankfully, I decided to test with a small order before committing to a full 40ft container. If I had gone ahead with that, it would have been a huge loss.
Due to their greed and dishonesty, they have now lost a serious buyer. I cannot recommend them, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this supplier.
